What you’ll contribute to

As the Senior National Fleet Direct Manager, you will be joining Toyota Australia on a permanent basis, primarily responsible for contributing to the account management of major Rental and Direct Fleet customers. This is achieved through conquering opportunities, building relationships and negotiating major sales contracts in order to achieve the fleet sales volumes and profitability targets for TMCA over the short, medium and long term.

This role would suit someone with experience in account management, who is looking to take a leadership role in the company and has a keen interest in the automotive industry.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Take a lead role in implementing reviewing Fleet systems, processes and procedures n order to achieve National Sales objectives.

  • Responsible for scouting opportunities and building relationships with potential rental fleet customers in order to secure sales targets. Contribute to ongoing supplier management and ensure services are delivered at expected quality and at optimal cost.

  • Analyse and provide strategic input into Dealer opportunities, logistics, lead generation and follow-ups in order to facilitate the achievement of National Rental Fleet Sales targets.

  • Support the development of Rental Fleet sales policies and standards to best support Rental Fleet Sales and Marketing initiatives, contributing to sustained guest satisfaction and overall objectives of National Sales.

  • Coordinate and facilitate forums to ensure that Rental Fleet sales plans, progress and issues are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

  • Degree qualification in Commerce/Business or equivalent experience

  • Experience in Account Management

  • Project & schedule management experience is required

  • Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions

  • Experience with developing reports and presentations

  • Strong communication skills
