The role:

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Manager. Working within the Principal and a Senior Advisor, you will be working across both an established and growing client portfolio of HNW, Pre-Retiree, Retiree and Company clients. Your ability to provide excellent customer service and administrative support, whilst always putting the clients’ needs first is imperative. The Advisors have an open and down to earth style, who enjoys working collaboratively with his CSM and Paraplanning Team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • All administrative processing & workflow management
  • Admin team coordination
  • Direct point of contact for fund managers
  • Implementation of advice in line with compliance requirements
  • Preparation for client meetings- Including valuations, performance reports, product research
  • Ongoing client relationship management
  • Be a key point of contact for allocated Clients
  • Assist in preparation of advice for clients including Records of Advice
  • Management of all Compliance including FDS and Opt-In


To secure this role you will need to meet the below selection criteria:

  • Advanced Xplan Knowledge
  • A solid understanding of the financial services industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, complete tasks efficiently and be a team player
  • Strong attention to detail.
