JOB DESCRIPTION

Support our teams as a Training and Administration Coordinator and take on the opportunity to deliver IT training for our critical business systems. We need you to maintain and deliver engaging training content to a variety of stakeholders to build organisational capability to enable our users to make the world a better place for children.

Where you come in:
In this full-time permanent position, based in Carlton*, you will collaborate with our system owners and IT team to maintain and deliver IT training across critical business applications that support functions such as programs, fundraising, and finance. You will be part of our IT team and report to our Business Solutions Manager.

You will make an impact by:

  • Deliver the user training of core systems including Salesforce Case Management System, Microsoft Dynamics, CRM Donor Management Platform, Agresso, and Microsoft Office 365 Suite
  • Prepare and deliver regular IT inductions for new starters and existing staff
  • Collaborate closely with the Instructional Designer to design new training content
  • Develop and review robust IT training documentation, online resources and user guides for business applications
  • Monitor and evaluate training outcomes to ensure relevant feedback influences course design and content, and leads to improvement in performance and adoption of systems

You have a keen interest in technology and thrive on collaborating with various stakeholders, while considering how learning content is organised and delivered for maximum learning transfer.

This role requires:

  • Experience in coordination and delivery of training sessions on IT systems across a range of delivery modes
  • Experience in building and maintaining e-learning programs
  • An aptitude to learn new IT applications and interest in technology
  • Demonstrated experience designing learning for systems training (desired)
  • Experience in delivering training via Totara/Moodle LMS (desired)
