Act as the first point of contact and provide superior customer service to our valued client.- Coordinate service and facilities professionals in response to customer requests.
- Timely management and processing of customer requests, queries and billing information.
- Account administration and supporting the Facilities Management Team as well as client.
- Build positive relationships with all key stakeholders.
Here are some of the strengths you'll have to help us deliver;
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.- Call and query handling and call resolution skills with a “can do” attitude.
- Strong administration, organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and call centre technology. Experience using Yardi an advantage.
- Background in Commercial Property either via study or previous experience.
