Our Client
Our client is an extremely well known leading brand in Australia. They are currently seeking a Customer Service / Administrator to join their team in Blacktown to help drive improved experiences for customers and employees.
Your responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
* Following up with customers to understand their concerns
* Responding to customer queries via social media channels eg Facebook
* Responding to customer feedback on online forums
* Reporting and invoicing in SAP
* Provide exemplary customer service to internal and external customers at all times
* Scheduling deliveries
The Ideal candidate will have the following:
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
* Experience preparing reports, invoices and documents in SAP
* Experience in a call centre environment
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to trouble-shoot on the spot with customers
* A friendly and helpful nature
* Ability to multi-task and maintain professionalism under pressure
