IT Infrastructure Manager, 9 Month Fixed Term Contract, NSW Government, Ashfield

This role sits within a large government organization based in Sydney’s Inner West. You will work in a leadership role within the business’s ICT Services.

Your new role
The ICT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for leading the Infrastructure team across Networking, Helpdesk & System Administration. The ICT Infrastructure Manager will be expected to work closely with the team to monitor and track KPI’s, SLA’s and follow appropriate guidelines for high priority incidents.

What you'll need to succeed
The ICT Infrastructure Manager will have experience in managing teams from 5+, and be able to closely follow and operate a successful BAU Support function. The manager will be skilled in managing internal teams and vendors and be able to go in and hit the ground running with minimal fuss.

You will be rewarded with an initial 9 Month Fixed Term Contract, with potential extension.
