JOB DESCRIPTION
Experienced HR Administrator required for a 4-month Local Government contract based in the Perth metro region.
Your new company
Our client is a Local Government based within the Perth Metropolitan area. They are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their busy team on a 4-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Your new role
- Create job descriptions and advertisements
- Create, prepare and issue employment contracts
- Assist with the employee onboarding process and organise pre-employment check
- Maintain the employee records system
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working within a HR Administrator role
- Computer literacy across the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience navigating HR systems
- Solid understanding of employment relations
