The company has built its brand and success through maintaining a strong work ethic to provide construction solutions of the highest quality across the commercial and residential industry. They are now looking for a highly motivated and driven professional with industry experience looking to progress their career in Construction Project Management.

Your new role
You will be responsible for further developing relationships across the industry and continue to build and secure an ongoing pipeline of projects, estimating and tendering for future projects in the commercial and residential construction space, scoping projects from inception to completion, communicating directly with site managers through delivery of the build process showing confidence to work autonomously and reporting to a Managing Director Interstate.

What you'll need to succeed

• Be able to work autonomously with self-motivation and drive for business and career development.
• Experience in Contractors Administration/Project management with a tier 1 or tier 2 Construction company preferred.
• Proven record for on time and on budget project delivery.
• Ability to manage a small portfolio while building a solid SA footprint.
• Have a strong local network of trades and services.
