JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the HR Team for multiple mini-projects in the HR Administration space, to help them get back on track and up to date!
Client Details
Our client is a large government agency, with strong roots in the local community, a wide range of service offerings and a diverse workforce of over 1,000 staff.
You'll work in delightful corporate offices close to main thoroughfares and public transport, and play a pivotal role in the success of the team you work within.
Description
Reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with the HR Operations Team you will:
- Manage email in-box, especially overflow / historical correspondence
- Update all position descriptions and file in the relevant library
- Handle PO's and invoices for the HR Operations Team
- Extend communication to employees and managers around flexible working, probation periods and contract expiry's
- Action staff resourcing requests
- Audit and file documents into the content management system
- Facilitate / action temporary contractor extensions
- Clean up desktop files
- Hard copy filing and archiving
- General HR administration to support team in day-to-day
- Return messages / calls on behalf of the HR team
Profile
To be considered for and successful in this role you will:
- Have 2 years HR administration experience behind you
- Ideally offer a degree or some form of qualification specialising in HR
- Be immediately available to start work or on a short 1 - 2 week notice period
- Enjoy project-driven work and being in a position to act autonomously within the scope of your role
- Consider yourself a professional, diligent and hard-working individual who takes pride in their work and work outcomes
