With offices across the CBD and South Eastern Suburbs, Our client is hoping to find a Senior Leasing Consultant to assist with brand new and existing properties in the local area. Supporting and working closely with the Property Management team this is a fantastic opportunity for our candidates wanting stability and progression in their career. 

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Working closely with the Property Management Team and supported incredible mentors, with structured procedures and streamlined systems in order which involves all aspects of day to day Leasing including:

• Liaising with prospective tenants and landlords
• Advertising properties with photos and property summary, scheduling OFI's 
• Conduct OFI's and private inspections
• Processing tenancy applications and confirming with successful applicants
• Conduct lease sign-ups for new tenants
• Preparing property reports, owner and tenant reports
• Conducting appraisals, listing managements and preparing management authorities
• Database management and administrative duties 

ABOUT YOU:

• Potentially someone who has managed a leasing team
• Current AGENTS REPRESENTATIVE Certificate
• Driver's Licence and your own vehicle essential
• Experience with a Leasing Consultant role highly regarded
• A great track record and passion of customer service
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• An impressive proactive approach
• Saturday availability required
