About the Role

Store Managers are the ambassadors of our much loved 7-Eleven stores. In this fast and dynamic environment you will oversee all aspects of management including leading and inspiring your team, creating a positive, supportive and safe environment and ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered across our stores.

Roles Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of Retail Assistants, including training and on the job coaching
  • Driving business development with the aid of your Retail Business Manager
  • Maintain excellent store standards, including cleanliness and functionality of store machines/equipment and merchandising
  • Think on your feet, dealing with all store and fuel related questions and problems
  • Ensure a safe working environment at all times – following all policies and procedures
  • Go the extra mile with customers and suppliers daily

Your Experience

You are an experienced, confident and passionate Manager. We are looking for leadership; experience managing a team, ideally within a petrol, convenience or retail environment. As well as demonstrating your desire to go beyond what is expected you can remain calm under pressure and have an outstanding ability to juggle multiple tasks. All this while ensuring we maintain that little bit extra when it comes to customer service!

  • Inspire, lead and manage a team in a high volume environment
  • A head for numbers, financial and business reporting
  • An eye for styling and detail to uphold our high visual merchandising standards
  • Ability to drive sales to achieve store targets and milestones
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks

The successful candidate will need to be prepared to change store locations if required.

  • You will be required to work three afternoon/evening shifts per week and two weekends per month. You may also be required to work some public holidays including Christmas Day.
