It’s an exciting time at Coates Hire! We are transforming the way we service the talent acquisition needs of our business nationally. As one of our valued Recruitment Partners, you will work closely with our key business stakeholders and People Partners nationally to manage the acquisition of top talent for our business.
You will be accountable for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to offer stages, as well as coaching our Hiring Managers to ensure we are delivering a positive candidate experience and representation of the Coates Hire employer brand.

Key duties and Responsibilities
  • Gain a deep understanding of role requirements and branch locations by working closely with hiring managers to obtain detailed job briefings;
  • Actively source high calibre candidates via various channels;
  • Screen candidates against job selection criteria and present shortlists of preferred candidates to hiring managers;
  • Co-ordinate a seamless interview and assessment framework, maintaining timely and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout;
  • Maintain our recruitment system (SuccessFactors) to reflect current status of all recruitment assignments, including all relevant documentation;
  • Manage a high volume of vacancies concurrently;
  • Provide updated reporting on status of recruitment for senior stakeholders of designated divisions

Skills and Expertise
We are seeking an experienced internal recruiter with a demonstrated track record of effectively partnering with businesses to manage a diverse range of roles in a high volume environment.
In addition, you will:
  • Ideally have managed a combination of blue and white collar roles, perhaps acquired from your past work experience in the construction, industrial, manufacturing or similar industries;
  • Managed the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal people policies;
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on managing expectations;
  • Be able to adapt your communication style to build and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders at all levels;
  • Have experience in working with recruitment application tracking systems (SuccessFactors experience highly regarded but not essential);
  • Have a high attention to detail.
