About the role:

The role of Front Desk Administrator is an important role in ensuring outstanding levels of customer service are delivered both internally and externally. Responsible for the front facing, low volume reception; there is reliance on this position for regular and ad hoc administration, hospitality and housekeeping whilst also offering substantial opportunities to assist the small People & Culture (P&C) team in broad Human Resources (HR) and payroll functions.

Duties include:

  • Low volume face to face and telephone reception
  • Learning payroll to act as a backup to this function
  • Coordinate and facilitate office events
  • Document administration
  • Mail and couriers
  • Employee record management
  • Support the P&C Manager with HR related activities and enquires
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and P&C events
  • Recruitment support in coordination and documentation
