Digital Marketing Manager - Part-time


Davies BDM is looking for a talented digital marketing manager to join our tightly-knit team of experienced B2B digital professionals on a part-time basis.


We are a digital marketing consultancy that leads with marketing strategy. We have a 20-year track record of delivering success to Perth based businesses across a broad range of industries, including; professional services, mining services, finance, technology, engineering and human services. 


About the role

This is a hands-on, get-things-done position requiring a quick-thinking, motivated and intelligent digital marketer. 


As digital campaign manager, you’ll work directly with clients and with the team to provide end-to-end outsourced digital marketing services to your B2B clients. 


You’ll be responsible for planning and implementing marketing activity to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition and engagement across the entire marketing and sales funnel. In most cases, you’ll become your clients’ trusted marketing manager and become an authority on their business marketing and help them drive their growth. 


The role requires hands-on involvement in:

  • Campaign management 
  • Content writing
  • Email marketing
  • SEO
  • Google, LinkedIn and Facebook Ads Management 
  • Social media Management 
  • Web analytics – Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and LinkedIn Analytics


Key responsibilities


You will create, manage, measure and report on multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including:


  1. Planning digital marketing campaigns to meet client goals
  2. Project managing and executing B2B campaigns, developing assets, measuring results.
  3. Liaising with the team and external suppliers to achieve marketing deliverables
  4. Creating content and copywriting emails, social posts and landing pages 
  5. Configuring and optimising Google Analytics, LinkedIn and Facebook Ads
  6. Analysing campaign performance 
  7. Reporting to clients on campaign progress and performance


Skills/experience


  1. Minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience
  2. Experience in planning, executing and measuring digital campaigns using content, email, paid ads, SEO, SEM and social. 
  3. Ability to show initiative, be flexible, and solve problems. 
  4. High attention to detail 
  5. Ability to engage senior-level key client stakeholders
  6. Ability to deliver presentations with confidence and clarity
  7. Business copywriting 
  8. Experience with tools such as Asana, G-Suite, Hubspot, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
