This position is an opportunity to further develop your dental knowledge and skills in a modern, highly motivated and friendly team environment. 

About the role:

• Greeting and welcoming patients
• Answer phone enquiries, appointment booking & recall management
• Accounts & administration; taking payments using EFTPOS & HiCaps
• Assist with patient management; building relationships with all patients
• Administration & maintenance of the patient database
• Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment 

About you:

• Dental experience preferred, but not necessary as training will be provided for the right candidate
• An expressed passion & experience in the dental field essential
• Ability to prioritise, multi task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and patient care
• A forward thinking & vibrant personality that will motivate those around you
• High level of computer literacy, with experience using Exact Dental software advantageous
