The Role

The Business Development Manager is responsible for selling Cirralto's Payments Technology products by executing strategies targeting manufacturers, distributors, franchises & buying groups focused on selling at high velocity, to a broad customer base.

Our BDM's are highly rewarded, with a fantastic Employee Share Ownership Plan & an excellent commission structure.

  • Sell into mid-market to enterprise businesses across industries such as but not limited to Retail, Automotive, Food & Beverage & Trade supply.
  • Reach out & engage with potential customers. Negotiate and close deals for Cirralto products.
  • Utilise your extensive network to open opportunities with influencers & decision-makers within target industries.
  • Build a strong understanding of current trends, patterns, and events in the payments technology industry. Use these insights to execute successful selling strategies.

It will be favourable for the candidate to have:

  • A Bachelor degree, Masters or MBA in business, technology or a related field.
  • 5+ Years selling payments, POS, ERP or fintech solutions to SMEs or enterprise.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems and solutions sales best practices.
  • An understanding of G-Suite, Microsoft Office & financial software (QBO, Xero & MYOB)
