  • Opportunity for enthusiastic administrative professionals to assist with the COVID-19 vaccination rollout in the Loddon Mallee region
  • Work will predominantly be in Vaccination Clinics (as well as COVID Screening Clinic and Rapid Response Team)
  • Fixed term position (initially to December 2021)

The division, through both Health Information Services and Quality have key roles in medical record management, clinical documentation, Freedom of Information, patient safety, quality improvement, risk management, external reporting and compliance requirements. There is a strong strategic and operational focus of promoting quality improvement, supporting the organisation to review incidents, data and systems to improve patient outcomes and efficiency of the business.

Desirable:
01.High level of IPM and Emergency department experience.

Essential:
02.High level computer skills operating Microsoft Office products and the willingness to be trained in various Bendigo Health programs and databases.

Essential:
03.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise judgement and discretion.

Essential:
04.Demonstrated ability to adapt and work in an ever changing environment, particularly in relation to introduction of new and updated technologies, different working areas, workstations and people.

Essential:
05.Demonstrated high level of accuracy of data entry skills.

Essential:
06.Demonstrated ability to adhere to policy and procedure in relation to collection and correction of minimum dataset.

Desirable:
07.Experience in dealing with a digital and/or scanned records and document management system.
