About the facility
South West Alliance of Rural Health (SWARH) is a government-established joint venture, supplying ICT shared services to acute public hospitals and associated health services within the Barwon and south west regions of Victoria, covering some 60,000 square kilometres.
SWARH aims to support health outcomes in these regions through centralised, expert, specialist ICT services and strategic solutions for its member health services and customers. The organisation is a critical component of the region’s health sector; prioritising and optimising the health of the communities it serves.
About the role
As the successful candidate you will;
- Support the COVID immunisation response
- Provide excellent customer service and I.T support for our customers
- Be responsible to the SWARH IT Services Support Manager and regional Co-ordinators for the provision of all aspects of SWARH engagement to provide a high quality and
- Make informed focus for ICT development, performance and information at selected SWARH sites
- Assist in the management of customer support in line with the overall SLA targets defined under the SWARH SLA agreement with our customers
- Participate in continuous improvement activities in relation to customer support services for ICT related matters
- Participate in meetings as part of the SWARH Customer Services Team and other organisational meetings as required
- Participate in efficiency and innovation to provide better service outcomes for our customers
- Contribute to engendering a culture of staff participation and empowerment to drive accountability for service delivery aligned to the SWARH strategic plan
- Undertake other tasks as requested by SWARH Customer Services Manager and the Customer Support Coordinators
