An excellent opportunity has arisen within our Supply Chain - Concrete team for a Fleet Maintenance Manager to manage and coordinate the maintenance of agitator vehicles and all associated equipment.

In this role, you will provide high quality repairs and modifications while ensuring preventative maintenance tasks are completed with a high level of safety regard within the required timeframe.

This fantastic role will be located in Girraween, NSW.

In your new role, you will:

  • Be in the driver’s seat, working with your team on developing best practice and adherence to all systems and policies.
  • Maintain effective relationships through regular communications to ensure that we are aiming towards achieving the perfect day for our customers.
  • Implement systems of preventative maintenance on all equipment and machines
  • Uphold all Quality Assurance principles including the management and Supervision of the Truck Detailing department.
  • Accurately complete QA paperwork.
  • Resolve unscheduled work requirements.
  • Organize and conduct preventative maintenance checks recording identified issues.
  • Purchase relevant spare parts and assist stores in identifying stocked parts

  • Strong experience with the Microsoft suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Experience with SAP maintenance system.
  • Experience building a business case on internal maintenance vs external and contractor management vs employees
  • Passionate about delivering remarkable customer service and great results.
  • A team player who can multi-task and make quick effective decisions under pressure.
  • Highly resilient and adaptable to changing situations.
  • A natural problem solver and enjoy planning.
