Supported by the power of our national structure, the WA team pride themselves on providing scalable, quality conveyancing advice, support and services to buyers and sellers across the retail residential market.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Conveyancer or Settlement Agent with a passion for supporting clients with their conveyancing needs.
Working with a dedicated team, you'll have the opportunity to be part of our rapid expansion and take responsibility for:
- Reviewing the terms and conditions on contracts of sale, supporting clients right
- Carry out title/plan searches, lodge stamp duty, submit EAS and liaise with local government authorities
- Liaise with brokers/bankers, real estate agents and the other side conveyancers/solicitors
- Prepare settlement statements, calculate rates adjustment and check outstanding arrears
- Proactively support and guide your clients to anticipate potential issues and help them be prepared early
- Take accountablity for escalation and ensure that settlement is executed smoothly
- Provide support and guidance to Paralegals and Clerks as they develop their expertise
