About Us
Little Lane Early Learning Centre - Manly is a brand-new purpose-built service that recently opened in January 2020. We are committed to providing an inclusive environment for children and families whilst delivering a unique Kindergarten Program that focuses on children’s strengths and interests.
Our philosophy and practice will be strongly based on a socio-cultural theory; building strong, authentic and respectful relationships with each child and their family to truly understand and support their individual learning and developmental journey.
We know that our staff will be integral to everything that we do, so we are ready to start knitting together a team of early childhood professionals with varying skills, qualifications and experiences to create a rich tapestry of diversity that will be able to support the Little Lane ELC philosophy.

The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and qualified Assistant Educator to join our passionate and friendly team on a permanent part-time basis. You will provide exceptional care and education for our 186 place service.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum of a Cert III in Early Childhood Education & Care, or a Diploma of Children's Services (desirable)
- Minimum 1 years' experience in ECEC
- Current First aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training (or willing to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check (NSW)
- Good understanding of VEYLDF and EYLF
- Excellent communication and team work skills
