Better Mortgage Management, a non-bank home loan provider requires an enthusiastic and motivated Accreditation Officer. This position would ideally suit an "All Rounder" who can work autonomously.

The main responsibilities of this role includes:-

  • Process Application for Accreditations from Mortgage Brokers, checking compliance documentation, organising certificates, preparing contract agreements and resolving related issues.
  • Supervision of Overseas staff members.
  • Database Maintenance of potential and accredited brokers.
  • Data mining activities to increase the number of potential brokers in database.
  • Organising travel and accommodation for staff.
  • General administration duties including answering general phone enquires.
  • Ad hoc Projects as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be

  • Accurate data processing skills.
  • You must have proven strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with effective time management skills and ability to prioritise.
  • Driven, proactive and enjoy a challenge.
  • Competent in the use and application of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word and Windows)
  • Experience in the Mortgage Broking Industry would be well regarded.
