What will you do?

  • Maintaining the accounts payable manual and supplier accounts through internal systems
  • Batching, reconciling and arranging payments of accounts
  • Accounts payable month-end close and reporting requirements
  • Adherence to WorkPac's/Auscon's purchasing and finance systems and procedures
  • Timely and accurate processing of superannuation and contractors payments
What do you need?

  • Previous accounts payable experience
  • Excellent time management and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage high volume data entry
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and have flexibility as required
  • Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure with a strong work ethic
