The Role
As a Social Worker working for this organisation you will be constantly developed into a leading clinician within a multidisc team using tansdisc therapy approaches to differentiate its self from the other guys. With demand soaring, we are looking for clinicians who have a passion for working with children to improve cognitive, behavioural and emotional functions. You will be working not only with children (predominantly around the four years old mark) but assisting and supporting the families and carers of these children to maximise therapy outcomes and provide guidance where it is most needed. This is a position that provides an opportunity for leadership in the near future.
The Client
Our client is a highly regarded and established allied health organisation focusing on paediatric disability and improvement. Using a clinic based model, you will enjoy taking a break from constantly travelling and taking more time to focus on improving your client's lives. The KPI's are generous as they believe in quality over quantity and would prefer not to burn out their clinicians.
About You
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Social Work
- AASW membership
- 3+ years as a Social Worker working with children and families
- Career motivated
- ASD and play therapy experience highly regarded
