Our client is a highly recognised icon in the beverage production space based in Olympic Park

You will work collaboratively with our suppliers, material planners, project team and production sites to ensure on time material supply, on time payment and robust inventory processes to support the project production requirements.

Respoinsabilities:

• Manage optimal inventory levels both on site and at suppliers so as to reduce write-offs
• Provide suppliers with regular forecasts for brewing and packaging materials
• Reconciliation of all inventory and production
• Provide reporting of residual material volume and costs and work to minimise costs where possible
• Manage master data changes in line with the project timelines
• Manage redistribution of left over material to other sites
• Organise destruction of excess materials

Requierements:

• 1+ years in planning / materials planning / warehousing / inventory positions.
• Proficient in excel
• SAP knowledge preferable
• APICS CPIM and / or Procurement / Strategic Sourcing related discipline
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• A focus on continuous improvement
• High attention to detail
• Understanding of inventory systems and processes
• Ability to react quickly to changes
