Business Analyst at a large government organisation – 5-month contract – up to $850+ Super – Sydney CBD - FICO

A large government agency in Sydney CBD are looking for a Business Analyst to support the implementation of specialised Finance business improvement projects.

Your new role
As an experienced Finance Systems Business Analyst, you’ll understand finance and pitch technical concepts clearly at an appropriate level. Your specific deliverables will include;

• Engaging with business across the division to modify/develop business systems, processes and templates which reflect business requirements, effectively harness the IT capability and enable continual improvement
• Monitoring business process performance with a strong understanding of best practices and key business drivers
• Evaluate, develop, review and administrate integrated management systems (SAP based)

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• Demonstrated experience in Financial Control (FICO) or Program Project Management Project System (PPM/PS) modules within SAP (Equip)
• Experience in the implementation of CATS within SAP is desirable
• Extensive experience in financial business analysis in a large infrastructure environment, preferably in government
