JOB DESCRIPTION
Position available from November 9th, some availability earlier for right person. We specialise in the program development of players of all abilities for kinder children to high performance players, ladies groups, Hot Shots, Teenagers, adults effectively anyone who wants to learn the game. We have a large focus on groups and the friendship and connections within these group settings.
Coaches able to come on board for a few hours, a few day’s a week, or every day of the week. (Our company has an equal opportunity for employment policy, and are extremely flexible to accommodate employees.)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Expected to participate in all on court programs
• Travel between venues, (3-7mins apart)
• Arrive early to set equipment up and greet students
• Actively promote and grow participation numbers
• Plan every lesson with purpose and specific goals for student progressions
• Be confident coaching beginners, children, adults, private lessons, squads and students with a disability. Qualifications and Experience
• Tennis Australia Coach Member (or equivalent) or willing to be one
• Tennis Coaching experience is a MUST
• Formal qualifications will be favourably viewed, however we do appreciate not all amazing coaches have a formal qualification, but a desire to be formally qualified is expected

HOURLY RATE:
• All coaches are part time with ample scope to move to full time once restrictions ease. Remuneration is according to qualifications and experience as per the Sporting Organisations Award 2020.
