Your Purpose 

As one of our Technical Recruiters at Domain you’ll be attracting, sourcing and securing technical talent across our Tech, Data and Product teams. You’ll be the guide for our candidates through the hiring process, ensuring they have a positive experience every step of the way.

You’ll be partnering with our hiring leader’s to gain an understanding of their team, culture and hiring goals so you can provide advice on best practice recruitment, interviewing techniques/structures and sourcing strategies.

You love to proactively source technical talent, build talent pipelines, create strong technical networks and passionately promote Domain’s employer brand.

A Day in the Life... 

  • Positively influencing and developing relationships with Hiring Managers

  • Identifying sourcing strategies for vacant positions

  • Coordinating with team leaders to forecast hiring needs and goals

  • Providing coaching and advice to people leaders on best practice recruitment

  • Creating engaging copy to be used to advertise the position

  • Proactively promote Domain job opportunities as well as employer brand

  • Utilising LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment technology to proactively search

  • Developing talent pool networks across the local, interstate and international markets

  • Conducting phone screening conversations with potential candidates

  • Scheduling interviews with hiring manager/panel members and applicants

  • Occasionally participate in interviews when required

We'd love you to have...

  • A proven track record in technical recruiting, agency or internal

  • You can build and maintain some mean talent pipelines 

  • A knack for proactively sourcing technical talent

  • Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships

  • You know LinkedIn Recruiter like the back of your hand

  • You have negotiation skills that are to be admired

  • You know your way around an ATS and/or HRIS

  • An understanding of HR practices, but it’s not a deal breaker

  • You always put the candidate at the heart of what you do

  • A passion for EVP and employer branding List required / desirable qualifications here
