Contract administrator

We are looking for a responsible Contract Administrator

to join our team. Your main duties will be to prepare,

negotiate and review various company contracts,

including purchases, sales and business partnerships.

You must demonstrate a strong attention to detail along

with the ability to discover potential risks for our

company. You should also analyse contracts with an eye

toward reducing costs and increasing profits, while

ensuring compliance with the law. You should have at

least 2 years relevant experience and be familiar with

the legal requirements for contracts and term of use.

You should ensure all our contracts conform to

legislative requirements and meet our company goals.

Tasks Include:

  • developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to
  • contracts and services
  • responding to inquiries and resolving problems
  • concerning contracts, services provided, and persons
  • affected
  • managing paperwork associated with contracts,
  • programs, projects and services provided
  • working with owners and others to ensure that goals
  • are met
  • advising senior management on matters requiring
  • attention and implementing their decisions
  • overseeing work by contractors and reporting on
  • variations to work orders
  • preparing and reviewing submissions and reports
  • concerning the organisation's activities
  • collecting and analysing data
