Adaptive Resourcing is a niche provider of talent acquisition solutions. We have been engaged by a well-known Western Australian company to assist with their transition to a centralised, internal recruitment function. As part of this project we are keen to source a recruitment administrator to help make things hum!
The role is based in Perth CBD and will see you working in a team on a high volume of vacancies across a number of businss units. The roles include white collar technical, blue collar processing and trades.
As part of the transition team you will pick up recruitment activity that previously sat with HR and work in a recruitment team.
You are an experienced recruitment co-ordinator/administrator with a strong work ethic that thrives in a busy environment. You get satisfaction by achieving results and making an impact.
You love a good process and are not backward in coming forward with process improvement suggestions.
JobAdder experience would be really handy but is not essential.
