The Quality, Safety & Environment (QSE) director will operate and lead as an indispensable member of the leadership team and the global community network. As a leader with clear responsibility to define the end-to-end QSE strategy execution and monitoring. Defines QSE implementation strategies and policies to protect and enhance TCCC resources, assets, trademarks and corporate reputation.

Scope, & Impact:

  • The scope of the role is Organisational Unit (OU) quality, food safety, occupational health & safety and environment (operational sustainability) (QSE) leadership including the entire Beverages for life (B4L) product portfolio, packaging, manufacturing, distribution and marketplace, QSE performance excellence enablement.
  • The role has direct impact and influence over the OU and through the networked organization the global system QSE strategy and performance across the entire value chain, innovation pipeline, technical governance and technical operations.
  • The strategic footprint of the role spans from OU technical operations within a globally connected network, end-to-end with touchpoints with R&D, CPS, Global TI&SC/QSE, new ventures and franchise bottling partners to a multilayer technical sustainability culture and capability development across the entire OU.
  • Based on the global QSE strategy set OU goals and roadmap for achieving short- and long-term QSE excellence goals.
  • The goals and strategies for the role focus on short-term (1 year), mid-term (2-3 years) and long term (3+ years) development of the TI&SC OU QSE strategy implementation

Work Focus

  • As a trusted solution-oriented business partner, lead the OU QSE strategy and its implementation, drive engagement with the system partners and lead initiative planning across the networked organization to achieve goals.
    • Establish the TI&SC QSE governance and controls to implement the strategy, monitor the internal and external trends.
    • Within the global QSE framework lead the development of a fit for purpose, risk focused and growth oriented technical governance in the OU
    • Franchise leadership, stakeholder’s management, partnership and collaboration
    • Provide leadership in Incident Management and Crisis Resolution (IMCR) at OU level and ensure lessons learned are captured proactively across the entire global QSE networked organization

Experience

  • Senior leadership experience in leading large-scale transformation programs, change management. Proven successful track record in leading diverse teams. Proven track record in Technical/QSE operations outside of QSE strongly recommended.
  • 15+ years with at least 10 years in senior roles.
