About the Role
The HR Business Partner reports to the Chief People Officer, and will support the business by providing expert HR advice and partnering with branches and employees to drive and implement business aligned HR initiatives. The role has one direct report, and will develop and mentor their growth.
Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Coach people leaders to develop their people skills and understanding of core people processes.
  • End to end management of employee relations matters i.e. performance management, bullying and harassment, safety breaches etc.
  • Implement programs that drive culture and engagement right across the business.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders in order to understand how HR can continuously add value in supporting the business achieve its goals.
  • Streamline and improve HR processes.
About You

You are an experienced HR Generalist with solid exposure to both blue and white collar environments. You enjoy a role where you will get your “hands dirty” and thrive on building trusted partnerships with all stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills;
  • Results-driven and solutions-focused;
  • Expert knowledge of employment law and understanding of the nuances within a blue collar environment;
  • You enjoy working in a standalone HR role where you can effectively manage your own time and drive success in your own portfolio.
