You have a demonstrated track record of delivering on three measures: guest satisfaction ,employee engagement, and financial performance preferably with a flair for boutique. You will be passionate about interacting with guests, exceeding their expectations and managing feedback along with wowing our guests with flawless service experiences at every part of their journey.

Last, but certainly not least, you are a great person to work with, reliable, level headed, organized with a bundle of energy. You have the freedom to raise the bar through your creativity and innovative "out of the box" approach.

IF YOU WERE TO START IN THIS ROLE, YOU WOULD.....

  • Drive room's revenue through successful distribution management, excellent revenue management and a strong up and cross selling activity;
  • Lead, inspire and develop the team in all areas of front office and influence a unique service culture;
  • Liaise with Reservations & Revenue to ensure accuracy in room allocation & maximizing of yield;
  • Establish on the job training with the department to meet brand and service standards;
  • In conjunction with the General Manager establish financial performance targets for revenue, expenditure and market share & ensure the department achieves these targets.
