Receptionist

VeiraMal Consulting is seeking an experienced Receptionist to be a part of our client’s business in the Gold Coast. Our client, Queensland Collision Repair Centre offers a great working environment and a competitive salary for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and control all inbound service calls
• Upholding the company brand and the reputation
• Greeting and serving customers
• Writing and Invoicing customer paperwork
• Face to Face and phone enquiries.
• Supply general advice/quotations
• Following up customer requirements
• Utilising our internal computer system
• Liaising with clients about their cars needs
• Organising loan cars and ensuring correct paperwork is filled out
• Follow all internal processes and procedures
• Undertaking inbound and outbound calls to ensure customers are booked and confirmed for their scheduled services.
• Making outbound calls to survey customers on their service experience.
• Managing customer contact via email / SMS to achieve service bookings and post-service follow up.
• Entering service bookings in the Dealer Management System.
• Record, manage and distribute customer feedback and ensure resolution actions are set and closed.
• Maintaining and updating the CRM database as required, including maintenance of customer contact data.
• Ad hoc administrative tasks

Remuneration:

$53,000 - $68,000 + Super for the right candidate. 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role 
• Experience and knowledge of the industry
• High level of attention to details and personal commitment 
• Team player who is punctual and reliable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Professional presentation 
• Intermediate MS Office, Outlook, Word and Excel skills
• Possess a flexible approach and a positive attitude 
• Be committed to achieving complete customer satisfaction
