Salary: $75,000

Pure Interiors is a full-service design firm and we are looking for an Civil Engineering Draftsperson to join our team.

The right person for the role will need to have the following:

Skills

· Interpret work assignment instructions and applying appropriate

procedures

· Collaborating with other team members (design and installation teams)

· Preparing sketches, tabulations, plans, charts and designs for residential and construction projects, renovation and new buildings

· Site inspections and surveys, liasing with electrical and hydraulic contractors and other construction building consultants and engineers

· Preparing detailed shop and construction drawings for residential projects using AutoCAD

· Onsite inspections and organisation of repairs and upkeep

· Knowledge of local Council regulatory requirements and ensure projects are complaint with regulations

· Construction documentation and notation experience

· Working with contracted Civil Engineers and Construction Managers to prepare and plan designs

· Excellent report writing skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proactive, organised, excellent time management

· Ability to work closely and collaboratively with clients, consultants and suppliers

· Ability to work successfully, collaboratively and respectfully with our small team of designers and draftspeople

Education and Experience

· Minimum Bachelor in Civil Engineering

· Minimum 2 years of previous work experiences as Civil Engineering Draftsperson
