JOB DESCRIPTION
We have an opportunity for a current Coach to pick up additional duties as a Trampoline Program Administrator. This position is a higher duties role and will offer 6 to 8 hours of Administration duties per week outside of ordinary coaching hours. This position is currently required for a duration of 6 months with a possible extension.

What does a Program Administrator do?
In addition to coaching duties, this role will provide program support by performing administrative tasks including acting as a key point of contact for the program, preparing correspondence, responding to emails and phone calls and performing various other office duties.

The ideal person will enjoy working in a team environment and have a genuine interest in the success of the program. This role suits someone who is looking at gaining administration experience while utilising their strong organisational and time management skills.
What you will need to be considered?
- Hold a current coaching position with SGAC
- Strong technical ability
- High Level communication skills both verbal and written
- Intermediate competency Mircosoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of CRM Links (preferred but not essential)
- Self motivated
- Ability to work with limited supervision
