About The Role

Join our Inside Sales and Customer Support team and be “front and centre” in offering our Tier 1 Mining and Engineering clients a market leading experience. You will be part of successful growing company with fantastic people, great systems, a modern office environment and a strong culture.

You will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive a structured first-class sales experience. This includes quote preparation and follow up, order acceptance, right through to on-time delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming customer enquiries (via phone / email).
  • Liaising with a range of suppliers for competitive pricing to meet client purchasing needs.
  • Preparing quotes and processing orders through our ERP.
  • Resolving customer issues (expediting, delivery, product, advice, returns, issues).
  • Creating shipping documents, invoicing, and assisting with freight bookings.

Ideal Candidate

You will be an organised, “can do” type of person with a high attention to detail. You will enjoy a fast-paced work environment, have a strong work ethic, and be a great team player. You will like multi-tasking, enjoy learning new things, and always be ticking things off your “to do” list. You will have 3+ years’ experience in sales coordination, internal sales or similar roles in an office-based environment. You will know your way around ERPs / CRMs / Excel and be able to learn new systems.
