WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will play a key role in the Commissioning team, providing end to end support for the completion and handover of construction verification and commissioning deliverables. This position will be offered on a short term contract on a 2:1 roster from Perth.

• Oversee and facilitate On-Site CCMS and handover activities
• Create, Assist or Validate Plans & Procedures / Streamline and Improve Work Processes
• Provide coordination, support, governance and Validation of Punch listing processes
• Prepare and Review Documentation / Files for CCC System Handover Package
• Validate work packs and test packs for shutdowns and tie-ins
• Administer the project CCMS systems procedural and governance requirements

WHO YOU ARE

• Min 5 years’ experience in the administration and coordination of CCMS system - in a FIFO capacity
• Demonstrated competency with office computer software packages, computer systems and databases
• Demonstrable experience in supporting CCMS processes and completions teams
• Exceptional ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, advanced reporting and writing skills
• Prior experience in a Brown fields environment is desirable
