About the team
Our People and Culture Division (P&C) is planning for and building a workforce with the advanced and specialised skills needed to tackle the challenges of tomorrow. We’re building an organisational culture where everyone feels empowered to make a real difference.
As part of P&C, the Learning and Development (L&D) team is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). This team leads the delivery of high quality learning programs across all areas of Transport, providing learning opportunities that enable people to have greater opportunity to thrive at work.
The opportunity
Right now, we have an opportunity for a Business Support Officer to join the L&D - Business Enablement & Change team.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting x2 Directors and their respective business units. You will be responsible for diary / email management, minute taking, records management and general adminstrative support.
About you
We are looking for proactive individuals who have experience providing administrative support to diverse and dynamic individuals within a complex matrix organisation. You will have an ability to build relationships, whilst demonstrating resilience and a resourceful mindset.
You will have experience in managing competing and often conflicting priorities. Critical to your success will be your communication skills, you are not shy of having challenging conversations with Directors on managing their work load capacities.
Previous experience supporting teams will be advantageous, as would previous experience in a PA or EA based position.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is Grade 5A $83,402 – 5E $91,744 per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
