Your primary focus in the role will be to ensure our Key Account Customers receive an incomparable end-to-end service experience whilst delivering strong commercial outcomes from our Regional Subcontracting network. About the Role …

You will be working in a high-functioning and collaborative team. 

Your key responsibilities: 

  • Develop strong operational relationships with our Key Account Customers to understand and respond to their needs.
  • Engage & collaborate with our Regional Subcontractors to deliver high quality emergency glazing outcomes to regional locations and deliver on commercial objectives.
  • Lead your team to deliver on Key Customer SLA’s & O’Brien KPI’s
  • Support & Collaborate with our Sales Team and Branch Network to contribute to the continued growth and profitability in the Glazing division.

About you …

To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following: 

Essential skills & competencies:

  • A minimum of 5+ years Management experience
  • Previous Customer Service & Relationship Management experience
  • Sound people leadership skills
  • A true passion for delivering customer service excellence
  • Confident, engaging approach and a natural ability to communicate
  • Technology savvy, knowledge of, or ability to quickly familiarise oneself with systems and tools
  • Resilience and the ability to work in a complex and changing environment
  • Excellent self-organisation and time management skills
  • Confidentiality, sensitivity, and integrity across all aspects of the role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Trades exposure beneficial

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary Qualifications (or deemed equivalent experience/aptitude)
