We have some things on the burner, some amazing, incredible things which will shake up healthcare! But we need someone to sell it. Sell it to our existing clients AND to acquire new clients. Are you a Sales Professional with a proven record?

Well we have a deal for you!

Who are we?

We are Theracademy, an online spin off of our Bricks and Morter Business, MouthWorks.

A collage of skills and experience encompassing Speech Pathology, Psychology, Music Therapy, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Business Leadership and, of course, Occupational Therapy. We are an abstract composition of the Allied Health Palette, gently airbrushed onto a canvas of clinical and business best practice and client centred care. Wow right?!

The Place:

Home Base is 13 Clarence Street, Bellerive. However it could be Corolla in Longford, a RAV4 in Oatlands or sitting on a park bench, overlooking the river, tapping away at your laptop, sipping on a latte and enjoying the sun. We take a flexible view of what a work place is, and Tasmania is our playground.

Our Clients:

You might be surprised to know that our team, as wide and diverse as they aren't don't just see one type of client. We see all Tasmanians whether they are children, adults, at home, in school, in supported living, in Residential Agedcare or in our clinic. Old, young, rural, urban, we see everybody who needs help. We just like helping people! And having fun while doing it.

This Position

We are branching out with some fantastic online Health initiatives. We are SO BUSY developing them that we haven't the time to actually sell them. These could be game changing for people's lives, empowering them with their own healthcare.

So, we need a Sales Rep at least 2-3 days a week. Your job is yours to create however will involve:

- Direct Selling to our Client Base and Acquisition of Referrals via our existing referral network.

- Training our Admin staff in basic sales techniques (lead qualification/validation and referral to you)

- Building our online presence and subscribers to our site.

Our Hiring Process:
