Who is Emotive?

Emotive creates ideas that change the way people feel about brands. In a world filled with too much marketing, most of which is ignored or ineffective, brands need empathy to overcome apathy and connect with their audience. That’s where Emotive can help.

Emotive is an independent creative company making ideas that live within advertising, entertainment and design. Part ad agency, part production company, part content distributor, Emotive is deliberately (un)structured so it can respond to clients’ business issues or opportunities effectively, rather than default to ‘traditional comms’ as the answer

The Emotive culture

Grow a culture and you’ll grow an agency. Nothing is more important, and we intend to hog the best people not just by creating great work, but by building a culture of independence, creativity and fun they just can’t bear to leave. At the heart of our culture are four simple values that act as the framework for how we roll: 1. Emotional intelligence 2. Honesty 3. Ambition 4. Fun.

What is a Content Distribution Manager?

A Content Distribution Manager ensures our big ideas are found and enjoyed by the right audience. The role focuses on social and earned media, combined with creative integrity and deep platform understanding, to distribute ideas in ways that permeate culture and maximise ROI. It’s an enormously important position, and one that demands an equally remarkable person.

The Content Distribution & Analysis Manager will form a formidable partnership with the Head of Content Distribution and Content Distribution Manager, while interfacing with clients, strategists, creatives, data analysts, PR specialists, and social platforms to galvanize around the core idea in the pursuit of the desired client outcome.

A Content Distribution & Analysis Manager is curious, passionate, inspired and just a little bit obsessive. They have a can do attitude, work well under pressure and have the charisma and swagger to earn the respect of everyone they interact with.

The core purpose of this position:

The role is twofold:

1. To deliver best in class social video campaigns, built for attention and backed up by the Emotive Audience Guarantee; and

2. To deliver Emotive’s research product - the Emotive Content Dashboard (ECD) - a unique proprietary analysis suite that combines live social performance, AI powered facial coding and survey research.
