About the Role

A fantastic opportunity to be part of a team focused on implementing sales & marketing initiatives for the local market, with the objective of increasing engagement with and visitation from our Premium Guests. You will be supporting the VP Premium Guest NSW and Premium Guest Managers in developing various business plans and marketing strategies to identify new opportunities to retain and grow The Star’s local VIP guests.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated Hosting List of local Platinum & Diamond members
  • Be responsible for meeting individual KPIs regarding sales budget targets and the activation of hosted members
  • Maintain and develop strong interpersonal relationships
  • Represent The Star at hosted events and promotions both on and off site
  • Manage member local accommodation and restaurant reservations requests
  • Manage Interdivisional travel bookings and RSVPs to events and promotions
  • Be accountable for the management of expenses relating to personalised hosting & invitations to events
  • Actively promote The Star Club member benefits and improve marketability of the hosted database
  • Effectively manage the interests and preferences of hosted guest data via the CRM platform
  • Ensure compliance with TSEG internal polices and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and implement opportunities to grow the business
  • Assist the team in the management of expenses including the processing and reconciliation of internal and external charges related to events, promotions and driving of player activity

About You

  • Prior 2+ years Gaming / VIP Host experience
  • Previous Sales / Guest Service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Commercial understanding Strong computer skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 environment Ability to speak a second language is advantageous (ideally Mandarin or Cantonese)
