Our Housing and Property Group is currently seeking a Project Officer to join their Property and Development NSW Team.

As the Project Officer you will support the management of advisory, development and transaction projects for government property assets and portfolios. You will support the management of projects by reporting on project performance against approved milestones and objectives, records, financial budgets and invoicing. You will also liaise with key stakeholders and service providers in technical disciplines including infrastructure, environmental, heritage, planning, construction, leasing and sales.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience in delivering a range of property related project management and support activities under tight timeframes. You will have the ability to identify and anticipate potential problems within a project and demonstrate the ability to proactively provide solutions to mitigate risks. It is essential that you have strong communication and collaboration skills with a high attention to detail.
