Manager, Property Fleet & Logistics

We are NSW’s bulk water supplier, river operator and your one-stop shop for licensing, water trades and water information. We supply two thirds of water used in NSW from our 42 dams, rivers and pipelines to regional towns, irrigators and water utilities. We also own and operate the largest surface and groundwater monitoring network in the southern hemisphere and build, maintain and operate essential infrastructure.

This is a Permanent, Full time role, based in Parramatta and reporting directly to the CFO. We are seeking an experienced and results focused person to lead and manage WaterNSW’s property portfolio and facilities, to ensure that all of WaterNSW land and holdings are operated and managed effectively and meet legal, compliance and operational requirements. In addition, you will also manage our fleet of vehicles, registrable plant, equipment, and logistics operations, ensuring that strategic and operational objectives are achieved, and drive excellence in safety.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following attributes:

• A successful track record of managing Property and Facilities, preferably with additional Fleet or Logistics
• Experience in motivating and leading high performing teams and outsource partners
• Project and Change management skills and experience
• Advanced knowledge of relevant legislations and Australian standards
• A strong commercial acumen
• Extensive knowledge and experience of asset management practices and strategy implementation
• Formal qualifications in a relevant field

Occasional intrastate travel may be required as part of this role.
