We have an exciting & rare opportunity to join a team of fearless leaders as a Lorna Jane Regional Sales Manager! 

As virtual experiences become increasingly more vital to connect us globally, this role will see you transferring your retail experience in a digital environment! We are looking for a bright, engaging and tech-savvy retailer that isn’t afraid to create & innovate the new world of retail. This newly created position will use digital technology to deliver quality education to our valued retail team and at the same time, you will also work closely with Head Office on creating change that will better service our customer. You will be motivating groups of individuals on how to optimise their business & sales through your in-depth understanding of business acumen coupled with outstanding interpersonal skills you will thrive!

This role will see you...

  • Driving sales results for the nation & supporting underperforming stores to gain daily target through reporting and digital visits.
  • Working on business improvement projects & national roll outs
  • Writing morning communication and learning documents to increase sales & improve business understanding
  • Developing & presenting business strategies 
  • Answering all incoming calls from stores & providing on the spot support, inspiration & resolutions.
  • Showing managerial courage by delivering ongoing feedback to both HQ departments and retail team
  • Communicating customer concerns to the business to ensure ongoing issues are addressed

About you...

  • You have previous Area or State leader experience (2- 4 years min)
  • You possess AMAZING leadership skills that are tried and tested in a retail environment
  • Able to read and assess reports to deliver business strategies and insights
  • Technically savvy
  • Always think customer first!
  • You have a passion for Lorna Jane and the Active Living Philosophy
  • Your positive & driven attitude will slot straight into this energetic and productive sales team
  • You understand what needs to be done and by when, to make sure you never miss a beat!
