This exciting new venture sees Korn Ferry support talent acquisition for all permanent and fixed-term recruitment in specialist and volume hiring at Westpac across Australia. With teams specialised in retail banking, lending, customer care, business banking, institutional banking, risk, strategy, technology and corporate recruitment portfolios, we have incredibly talented people supporting this new partnership. This new Talent Acquisition solution will be one of the largest in Australia, with teams located across Sydney and Melbourne.

Showcase your recruitment expertise, as a Senior Recruiter supporting the Risk business. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to join the Westpac recruitment team in one of Australia’s most iconic brands.

Using a consultative approach, you will provide expert recruitment advice to the risk team to drive positive business outcomes. Your influencing skills will drive your client relationships as you build and support workforce planning initiatives. Working in partnership with a centralised talent sourcing function, this client management role will see you provide exceptional recruitment advice to deliver top talent to the organisation.

Experience

You will be a seasoned talent acquisition professional, with demonstrated specialist experience recruiting across busy dynamic organisations as you manage the recruitment lifecycle.

Previous experience recruiting within risk, banking and finance is preferred.

You will:

  • Demonstrate strong capability partnering with stakeholders and taking initiative
  • Have a strong consultative nature and customer centric approach
  • Be resilient, enjoy ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Be a brand ambassador and deliver a superior candidate and client experience
