The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing activity across a number of portfolios. This involves working in partnership with the Marketing and Campaign Analytics teams to support the execution of marketing campaigns from a digital and offline perspective and ensuring program marketing objectives are clearly met.

This role is responsible for BAU management and optimisation of our email platforms. This will include triaging enquiries, optimising campaign execution processes, and providing guidance on core program projects and initiatives. This role will also work closely with both business and external stakeholders, managing ongoing relationships and ensuring key business activities are delivered within agreed budgets and SLAs, and are fit for the intended purpose.

You’ll have:

  • 2+ years’ experience working in a Marketing Coordinator role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline is essential
  • Experience in managing external suppliers and WIPs
  • Experience working with financial budgets
  • Exposure to a content management system (CMS)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups
