Our client is seeking an experienced call centre operator to join their dynamic team in Milperra on an ongoing temporary basis.

Your new role
In this role you will be working in a fast-paced environment, responsible for providing high-quality customer support.

• Outbound calls
• Experience with lead generation
• Cold calling customers
• Working to KPI's
• CRM experience would be an advantage

What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful candidate you will need to have:

• Previous experience working in a high-volume call centre position
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A genuine interest in resolving customers' enquiries
