An exciting newly-created role working as a Network Systems Engineer at DigiHon.

As our Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the uptime, maintenance, security, improvement, and documentation of our networks. Working seamlessly with peers, you will help drive the success of the Global organization through innovation, creativity, and automation using your knowledge of networking solutions.

Your New Role

As a Project Services Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, build, and execution of technical ICT solutions. Your role will perform network engineering functions including design, implementation, and optimization.

Other duties include :

• Produce networking design specifications and detailed schematics for project delivery
• Provide in-depth analysis on existing network and server configurations and make recommendations for system enhancements
• Analyze, develop, enhance, secure and test complex network designs
• Monitor the performance of network and equipment to ensure high availability and redundancy
• Troubleshoot network performance issues
• Analyze network traffic and provides capacity planning solutions
• Develop and revise network technical documentation
• Maintain technical expertise in all areas of network and computer hardware and software interconnection and interfacing, such as routers, multiplexers, firewalls, hubs, bridges, gateways.

About You and What You'll Bring

You are an experienced engineer within a complex, regulated environment and have a good knowledge and interest in a broad range of systems and enterprise architecture and interface protocols. Also, you will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Experience in configuration and administration and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including routers, switches, wireless access points, controllers, WAN optimizers, and monitoring applications
• Experience in Cisco Meraki/Cisco Wireless, SD-WAN, IPAM
• Palo Alto firewall experience
• Solid understanding of modern server hardware; particularly NetApp HCI & Cisco UCS.
